What makes Palmetto Charter School different?
Our school uses a program called Responsive Classroom. It is an educational program developed by the Northeast Foundation for Children that has been very successful in helping students develop character traits such as respect, cooperation, responsibility and self-control. Responsive Classroom has been implemented by our mentor school, Sarasota Suncoast Academy with great results – 2nd highest test scores in Sarasota County. We believe that our emphasis on traditional values and our commitment to a strong academic program can bring great results to our community as well.
